Substitutions / Cancellations
For those unable to attend, you can send a substitute delegate at no additional charge. Just let us know in writing at register@smileconference.com. Alternatively, we will issue a refund for cancellations received in writing, by fax or e-mail, up to May the 10th. Regrettably we will not be in position to issue refunds after that date.
